Gratitude
I thank God for this beautiful day
I thank God that I am able to do my tasks to clean the house, cooking, etc
I thank God for the words of wisdom about compassion.
I thank God for feeling refresh this morning when I woke up
True Love and Joy Found
I felt love when we are able to do deep talk in the car with my husband
I found joy when I smiled to strangers in the lift
I found joy when I did all the household chores
Short comings
I shared the anxious story via watsapp which I am not supposed to do that
